- Rates & Currency: All rates are in NZD and net, non-commissionable. Subject to change without prior notice or during special events.
- Self-Drive Information: A valid International Driving Permit (IDP) and credit card are mandatory for vehicle rental. Drivers must be 25 years or older.
- Booking & Payment: Full payment must be received 30 days prior to arrival. Payment delays may lead to automatic cancellation of reservations.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations subject to supplier charges as per confirmation terms. Any amendments will incur applicable fees.
- Travel Documents: Ensure valid passport (min. 6 months validity), visa, and insurance before travel.
- TCS/TDS: Effective 01 October 2023: TCS at 5% up to ₹10 lakhs and 20% thereafter on total billing per PAN for the financial year. TCS is extra and not included in the package cost.
