- Maximum waiting time on all SIC tours will be 5 mins, or else guests have to manage on their own.
- 100 % charges will be applicable for any kind of No Show.

Cancellation Policies
- More than 30 days before departure: 10% of total package cost
- 15–29 days before departure: 25% of total package cost
- 7–14 days before departure: 50% of total package cost
- Less than 7 days before departure or no-show: 100% cancellation charges
